TUSCIA FILM FEST - Tuscia, Italy

Where : Piazza San Lorenzo, Viterbe
When : July 6-15th, 2018

Description:
TUSCIA FILM FEST is a year of film promotion in Viterbo and province. Also, from July 4th to 14th 2017, in Piazza San Lorenzo in Viterbo, there will be projections and meetings with the protagonists of Italian cinema for the 14th edition! San Lorenzo in the historic center of Viterbo, is one of the most beautiful places in the capital city of Tuscia. Dominated by the Cathedral of San Lorenzo and its bell tower, it is surrounded by some buildings of great historical-architectural importance, such as the old city hospital - whose Etruscan foundations are clearly visible at the street level at the corner with Via San Lorenzo - and the Palace of the Popes.

On the south side of the square is the 13th-century building of the Loess Day Valentine's Day, named after the name of the priory, which in 1458 purchased it, while the north side is dominated by the Palace of the Popes Loggia, elongated and reconstructed in 1266 with the erection of Viterbo to papal office, which communicates the true Papal Palace, in particular the Conclave Hall, with the buildings on the east side of the square.

It is home to the Tuscia Film Fest of 2014 and the arena set up in it can accommodate over 1,000 people! Purchase your ticket and come enjoy great movies!

Main events:

Film projections
- Meetings with directors and actors
